The S's are movable and have multiple functions. For example, they can be used as seating objects, enabling to create different configurations on the square. But the new furniture is not just for theater visitors. It is also meant for people to sit down for a cup of coffee during a stroll through the city or to relax after an afternoon of shopping in the city center. "The eye-catching seatings accentuate the liveliness and playfulness that is clearly felt inside the theater, and extend that atmosphere to the outside," says Jochem Otten, the theater's director.
